Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A reverse pickup will be generated by us at no additional cost to you.
Please note in cases where reverse pickup facility is not available, customer would be asked to ship the product back and he/she will be reimbursed upto a maximum of 10% of the item purchase value or the amount on the courier receipt, which ever is lower.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.Refunds may take upto 7 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
